How can I change my reservation date?
You can modify your reservation directly on our website :
Before making any changes, please make sure that availability exists for your desired new date.
There is no need to contact the refuge for a simple modification.
Is it possible to come just for dinner or a drink in the evening?
Even if you were unable to book a stay at the refuge and are camping at Lake Chésery, you are welcome to come for dinner.
We recommend contacting us a few days in advance to reserve a table.
Can I charge my phone and device batteries?
Yes, you can charge your devices at the refuge.
Can I camp near the refuge?
No, camping is not allowed around the Lac Blanc refuge (Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve).
Bivouacking is allowed at Lac de Chésery (about 20 minutes below the refuge).
Reservation required :
You are welcome to have dinner at the refuge (indoor dining room or terrace, reservation required).
What is your booking and cancellation policy?

All reservations are considered confirmed upon payment.
In case of cancellation:
- Up to 60 days (2 months) before the scheduled date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Less than 60 days before the scheduled date: no refund will be issued.
By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, click the “Try to make a payment once again” button to retry.
If you leave the page without retrying, your booking won’t be confirmed and the spots will be released automatically when the payment time limit runs out.
