All reservations are considered confirmed upon payment.

In case of cancellation:

  • Up to 60 days (2 months) before the scheduled date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 60 days before the scheduled date: no refund will be issued.

Even if you were unable to book a stay at the refuge and are camping at Lake Chésery, you are welcome to come for dinner.

We recommend contacting us a few days in advance to reserve a table.

Yes, you can charge your devices at the refuge.

Yes, of course! You can buy mineral water and a thermos of tea for the next day.

You should bring a sleeping bag liner and a pillowcase. 

If you come in winter or during Oct - Nov, the temperature in the rooms can be quite low, so a small sleeping bag is recommended. 

The refuge provides blankets.

No, camping is not allowed around the Lac Blanc refuge (Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve).

Bivouacking is allowed at Lac de Chésery (about 20 minutes below the refuge).
